I have nothing to say about eating, so I'll comment about the food. You see me using a lot of packaged Indian food in my diet. These inexpensive dishes (I get some for $1 each at the Indian grocery near my apartment) are prepackaged. I select the ones that are beans and sauce. I also select for highest protein and lowest calories, since these are side dishes. I find them delicious, easy, and they are something that I really can't easily duplicate or better in the kitchen.

Daily Comment
Three-day weekend began this evening. Woo-hoo! Gotta love the Civil Service. Went out to some clubs, heard some good music, great time! Also, this was done in the first meaningful (meaning, in this case, the first inconvenient) snowfall of the year. But still light.


Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Omelet with a filling made of spinach, black beans and salsa, with a side of bacon.
Dinner
Appetizer: Baby carrots and homemade mayonnaise. Main: Wild-caught Salmon burgers with homemade mayonnaise, salad with Spring Mix greens, black beans and balsamic vinaigrette.


Snack
Imported pepperoni, celery and homemade mayonnaise. 

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   22 oz,   Water: 152+ oz,  Jameson's: 1 shot.
