February 10, 2012: Post 41, Day 41

Today's Weight:        199.6 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    203.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 3.6 lbs
Daily weight from December 31, 2011 - first quarter.

Daily weight from December 31, 2011 - year 2012.

When I said, "...so close, yet so far!" in yesterday's post, little did I know how close closer was and that far didn't exist for me. Oh, the illusions of time and space!


Not that today's big loss is sustainable, but it feels good, and is a start to correcting two weeks of volatile weight swings that moved my trend lines Northward. 


I played a gig with my band 'i am Fool' tonight and had Dinner very late, so I expect a gain when I weigh in tomorrow morning.

Daily Comment
The price for getting fat and then losing weight and keeping it off is high: Eternal vigilance. I broke 200 pounds on July 1, 2011; 7 months and a week later, I'm there (again). 
I would be fat again right now, if I weren't paying daily attention...


Food Log
Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake (vanilla whey protein powder (w/48g of whey protein) plus an egg, cocoa, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).



Lunch
At Star North: 
Salad with iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs, red kidney beans and ranch dressing. 
Chicken, shrimp, peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli stir-fried in 'hot spicy sauce' and topped with an egg.


Dinner
At Denny's @ 3am: I had the Meat lovers omelet and (replacing the bread and potatoes) a salad w/blue cheese dressing .




Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   32 oz,   Water: 100+ oz.
