There is not a lot of weight loss here, and it is hard to explain when I went without eating for about 33 hours before breakfast today.
I had a couple of protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, andplanned on another one as an after-dinner snack, but I still had some chili left, and the smell was so good, I had that instead. I will repeat this tomorrow. Then another fast. Then, another day of shakes-and-a-meal, and probably a very-late-night egg-based meal at Denny's (after Friday's gig). Saturday will be a 'light' cheat day.
Daily Comment
I wonder, if I had more money, a better-financed retirement, would I be looking outside the US to retire? If I were wealthy, probably not - I would probably retire in NYC. Anything short of the funding to do that, which is to say, less than real wealth, and I think I'd still be looking abroad, maybe with a lower weighting to cost-of-living in my search criteria.
