Yesterday's Weight:    204.4 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 2.6 lbs

OK - easy on, easy off? Well, not really, but it feels like that.

Yesterday's 22.5 hour fast and low-carb dinner seems to have halted the upward momentum. We'll see...


I ate 3 big meals and a big snack today. Two meals had beans, one did not. Thing is, I have a very active weekend planned, one that is not conducive to eating right - I'm going to have to postpone my cheat day to Sunday.

Daily Comment
Looking forward to a fun weekend that may do some damage as far as my weight 'struggle.' After dinner (and finishing up a load of laundry), I went out to listen to a blues band I used to play with; tomorrow I get to play with what is shaping up to be a second band project (auditioning a drummer); there will be a Super Bowl party on Sunday, then some jamming afterwards, unless the game runs into overtime.

Food Log
Breakfast
Spinach, red bean curry, eggs and bacon.
Lunch
Smoked turkey breast with black beans, red cabbage and Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack
Celery with home-made mayonnaise.
 
Dinner
Chicken spinach and feta cheese sausage with Dijon mustard and broccoli with butter, salt and pepper.
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   20 oz,   Water: 64+ oz.
