This has not been a good two weeks in my effort to maintain 200 - not terrible, but the trends are all wrong.

Today didn't help. Although I ate pretty well, I had a very large amount of turkey at 1 in the morning. I know what that means on the scales tomorrow morning.

In honor of the Super Bowl, a party I will be going to and the food I intend to eat that day, I'm moving my cheat day to Sunday, and my next fast day to Monday. After that, I promise: I'll be good. Until I'm not. Again.

Daily Commentary
I had a good jam/rehearsal at Mac's today with 'April White' my new other band (that's also the name of the lead singer). My thanks to Pat, who allowed us to use the club for a drummer tryout. This is a departure for me, a cover band with a slightly country-flavored leaning, with a nod to blues. Hoping to move it (without being pushy about it) in a soul and R&B direction... April has the voice for it.

Another band sounds great. You are really doing a good job of taking care of yourself. I slept through the weekend and feel much better today. I also drove myself today so I feel less dependent. Altogether, much improved. i see the cardiologist this afternoon.
