February 5, 2012: Post 36, Day 36 - Cheat day.

Today's Weight:        203.6 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    202.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 1.4 lbs

Ohhh, I did it last night. I went into cheat day with my weight up. That doesn't bode well. Hopefully, tomorrow's fast helps, but I don't know. I don't fast to lose weight, and so far, fasting has not been a weight loss aid.

Cheat day started well, but continued with mostly horrible food (from a diet perspective, anyway) in very large quantities. Weight will be up tomorrow. Again. 

Daily Comment
I liked the Chrysler-Clint Eastwood commercial that aired during the Super Bowl, and the game was good.  I used the half-time to make conversation with other people who don't care about the half-time spectacle, or Madonna, or both. In other words, like-minded souls.

Food Log
Breakfast
3 eggs, scrambled. Ezekiel Sprouted Grains Golden Flax cereal with blueberries, almond milk and  stevia-inulin. Coffee.
Lunch
Burger King Whopper and onion rings. Terrible.

Snack
Dark chocolate-covered acai berries and blueberries. Red Hot Blues corn tortilla chips and hummus.
 
Dinner
Ribs, sausage with greens and pasta macaroni salad, brownies. All in large quantities.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   32 oz,   Water: 72+ oz.
