The good news is that I didn't have my usual post-fast weight bump. My plan stayed intact today, with 3 shakes and a meal. Tomorrow, I fast. Friday will be a regular day, ending up with a Friday night/Saturday early morning 'breakfast'. Saturday will be one of my lighter cheat days.

I find myself ahead of the curve. Again. In the past week, I have seen 3 announcements for improved diets that incorporate 'intermittent fasting'. I've been doing this for almost 3 months now, having started the day after Thanksgiving. It has probably been a factor in my ending the year 2011 near my low weight, but since then, it hasn't meant much in terms of weight loss.
I think fasting is a very healthy (therefore, Good) thing to do. I learned what I know about it from the e-book, Eat-Stop-Eat.

I am feeling considerably better (though still fatigued) and looking forward to feeling better. When I win the lottery, I will fund your retirement. Love you
Very glad you're feeling better. Hope you'll give yourself the time you need for a full recovery.
Thank you for your contingent offer to fund my retirement, and know that I return it. In my case, though, I don't play the lottery, so my chances are (very) slightly worse than yours for winning us all a comfy retirement. I'll have to stick with the current plan.
Love,
Ken
