Yesterday's Weight:    202.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 0.8 lbs

As I predicted yesterday, my weight is up after following a fast day with a full day of eating. There was one trivial fail, having a little parmesan cheese on my dinner salad, but if I had to guess, the culprit in the weight gain was my late, high calorie carrot, celery and mayonnaise snack. Now, my home-made mayonnaise, besides being delicious and healthy (made from a mix of olive, walnut, and macadamia nut oils, champagne vinegar, organic egg, dijon mustard and spices) is definitely a calorie bomb, and as such, probably totally inappropriate for late night snacking. But it is so-o-o good. 


Oh, well. I did it again at dinner today.  


Daily Comment

My applecart is upset. At work, anyway. Today, my status on a stalled project that has nothing to do with me and my defined duties seems to have mutated to Project Manager status. This is something I don't want, and now, it seems, can't avoid.


Food Log

Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake (vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus an egg, cocoa, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Chili (grass-fed beef, tomatoes, black beans, spices) with cauliflower and Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinaigrette. 
Dinner
Grilled chicken breast on spinach with Shahi Rajma (red kidney bean curry). Not shown: celery, baby carrots and home-made mayonnaise. 
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   20 oz,   Water: 112+ oz.
