My weight is down a little bit more today, a good thing.
My schedule of Fast day, followed by two 'normal' days, a second fast day, two more 'normal' days, and a cheat day has played out where my low weight for the week is typically the weigh-in on cheat day.
I expect a loss tomorrow and Saturday (Cheat day), a gain after cheat day, no movement after my post-cheat fast day, a gain after the first 'normal' eating day of the week, then losses until my next cheat day. Are you following me? I deliberately have set myself up for weight variations.
Knowing I was going to be having a heavy lunch today (my weekly lunch with my friend Al), I skipped breakfast.
Daily Comment
I plan to go down to New York City this weekend. It has been 3 months since my last visit, which was very brief, and was sad, as the purpose was to comfort a friend who had lost her daughter to violence. That being the case, it will strain my eating schedule; I'm thinking, Saturday will be cheat day, Sunday will be half-fast day. Ha-ha-ha! What I mean is, I may end up skipping a meal or two on Sunday, and moderating my food intake. Monday will be my fast day this week.

Lentil curry soup. Spring Mix greens, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette. Chocolate egg cream protein shake (vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus an egg, cocoa, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

OK day two of taking one more staircase each day. Also, took an extra 15 minute walk at lunch. Felt good. You seem to be feeling in control of this thing. That is great. (By the way, I am writing this in the afternoon after we spoke).
