I am the same weight as I was before I went down to New York City, that is better than usual for 2 days post-Cheat.
Daily Comment
Feeling better, fully recovered since Sunday's problems.


Food Log
Breakfast
Rajma Masala (red kidney bean curry) with spinach, eggs, sausage.
Lunch
Tuna salad (tuna, home-made mayonnaise, celery) with Spring Mix greens, red cabbage, red kidney beans and balsamic vinaigrette. 
Snack
Baby carrots with home-made mayonnaise.
 
Dinner
Wild-caught salmon burgers with home-made mayonnaise, cauliflower with Rajma Shahi (red kidney bean curry).
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   28 oz,   Water: 118+ oz.

I am back from seeing the surgeon and everything is perfect. Some possibility of reclogging over the next 6 mos so I will be seen then. Glad you are feeling better.
