It is cheat day! I start at a good weight, with the expectation that I will put on 3 or 4 pounds thanks to the 'garbage' I'm going to be ingesting. That's the plan. No pics today, because I will, for the most part, be snacking.
Daily Comment:
I laid low on Saturday, not doing much of anything, just laying around, trying to marshal my energy for today, because I have a lot on my plate today: A recording session, then a gig. A long day.
I managed to make it through, although I was uncomfortable, and all my symptoms were worse. But, when I got home at 2am, I knew that I was going to burn another sick day at work on Monday. I will sleep all day. That's the ticket.
Food Log
Breakfast
Denny's. Probably for the last time, if I have a choice in the matter. How can they take such good-sounding ingredients and turn it into such bland, unpalatable stuff? Anyway, I had a free sample of 'pancake puppies' which are hush-puppies made with pancake batter instead of corn meal. Sprinkled with cinnamon and served with their generic chemical sweet syrup. Then an 'ultimate omelet'. Not in my book. The mix of meat and vegetables should have been a lot better, but no. Coffee and grapefruit juice completed this... waste of calories and money.
Lunch
Greek pastries, dried fruit and almonds, at the recording studio. Over 8-1/2 hours, I had 4 pastries, and a lot of the fruit and nut mix.
Dinner
Steak burrito from Moe's Southwest Grill. Nowhere near as good as Chipotle grill's. With a few sips of lemonade and some chips with tasteless 'cheese' sauce.
