A kilo of weight back on, and it makes perfect sense to me. in 3 days of illness, I lost twice that much. Now that I'm feeling better, and eating 'normally' (yesterday, there was an abnormally large amount of food, and, yes, some very off-plan food to boot), of course some of that weight is coming back. Another day of normal eating will probably be a further 'regression to the norm', meaning more gain; then, tomorrow is a fast day before a cheat day. And so on, and so forth. And scooby-dooby-dooby.
Daily Comment:
Also: I heard the one, almost-finished track from last Sunday's recording session for the first time. Verdict: I'm very happy with it. It is a little heavier on production, and effects (vocals only), but very, very nice. The overall sound is great, no reservations.
Food Log
Due to my bringing my camera to rehearsal, it not getting used, and me forgetting to bring it back, there are no pictures today.Breakfast
Green protein shake: kale, almond milk, an egg, vanilla whey protein powder (36g protein), vanilla, cinnamon, stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
Rashmi Masala (red bean curry) and spinach and eggs.
Snack
Pepperoni.
Dinner
Roasted turkey, Spring Mix greens, red cabbage, balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack
Hard-boiled eggs.
