Diet Comment:
Leave it to illness to take you where health doesn't go. I'm at the lowest weight since I've been tracking my weight. 


In more relevant news, I skipped breakfast today to make room for my big weekly lunch with my friend Al at the Star North. Then I had a little fail after dinner when I discovered I hadn't thrown away the remaining almond-dried fruit mix I bought for the Sunday recording session.


Daily Comment:
Still under the weather, but improving. My cough is worse, but my throat isn't as sore and I am less congested.

Breakfast


Skipped.

Lunch
At Star North Buffet and Hibachi Grill:
Counter-clockwise, from 1 o'clock: Steamed fish in egg drop soup, kimchee, green salad with hard-boiled eggs and ranch dressing (only half0eaten), hibachi grill with shrimp, chicken, broccoli, onions, peppers, mushrooms and an egg.  


Snack


Carrots and home-made mayonnaise.



Dinner
Italian chicken sausage with peppers and onions. With a salad of Spring Mix greens, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.. 



Snack


Almonds and dried fruit.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   30 oz,   Water: 104+ oz

As I said, I was finally feeling better, and today, better still. As to how well I am doing, well, aw, shucks, ma'am... it weren't nothin'
