Daily Comment

Tired today, and with nothing going on. I fell asleep watching TV right after eating dinner, woke up 5 horus later, couldn't get back to sleep. Not good for the waistline, or anything else.

Diet Comment
OK - what I put on cheat day has come off this morning.

Food Log

Breakfast
Cocoa-kale protein shake (almond milk, whey protein (36g protein), kale, chia gel, a large egg, cocoa, cinnamon, stevia-erithrytol blend).

Lunch

Roasted turkey, hard-boiled eggs, Spring Mix, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Pepperoni and carrots with home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  32 oz,  Water: 96+ oz.

So you don't eat cheese on your on days. Low fat cheese and fat free yogurt are ok on south beach. I had another success eating out. Went out with the family and didn't touch the bread, pasta or desert. Love you
