Daily Comment
This is a Friday I thought I would be in LA. Instead, I enjoyed a busy day at work. And I'm not inspired.
Quite the opposite - at the end of the day, I was nothing but tired (and hungry). So I'm taking the day off from commenting.

My twenty-two hour fast and reasonable eating combined to give me a very good day, weight-wise.
Food Log
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale protein shake (almond milk, whey protein (36g protein), kale, chia seeds, a large egg, cocoa, cinnamon, stevia-erithrytol blend).
Lunch
Roasted turkey breast, Spring Mix greens, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette. |
Dinner
Wegman's take-out Chicken curry, roasted cauliflower, curried chick peas, "Asian" sauteed local vegetables. Not shown: baby carrots and homemade mayonnaise. |
Snack
Prosciutto, hard-boiled eggs and cole slaw.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 20 oz, Water: 106+ oz.
