It is looking unlikely I will make my numbers this week and this month. At least I'm back at the (nicley downward sloping) trend line. I can't say I am not disappointed. I have managed to hit my January and February goals, and most of my weekly goals, but it is getting harder, as I'm getting more aggressive - trying to lose an average of 2-1/2 pounds a week is probably unsustainable over the long term.
Of course, normally, I'd be doing cartwheels over the loss of a pound in a day. And, really, I'm quite happy. Here's why: Although something is going on with my weight this week, I had to throw out some belts, because they are too big to use. The waist on my jeans is loose. When I started, it was snug. I can't have any kick about that.
