I am out of the Indian prepared beans. I have about 10 days more protein shake. I have successfully left unopened the latest batch of almond butter in the fridge until tonight, when I ae some intentionally).

This is the lowest weight I've seen on a Tuesday since starting the diet. This is also the day I was hoping to break 200 (on my goal schedule) - I've fallen behind, but I'm hoping a surge over the next two weeks will put me back on track.

Still haven't done the kettlebells for a full set, but I did move them into the bedroom (so I'll have both a mirror and a view of the video of the exercise). These look like if you don't do them right, some serious damage could result.

Today's Food
Breakfast
24g protein drink (not shown) and a whole egg and two 2 whites scrambled with red lentils and spinach, topped with chipotle salsa.

Lunch
Organic uncured  ham with red beans and vinaigrette dressing on Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
Organic, grass-fed lean burger with mixed vegetables and refried butter beans (onions, butter beans and butter).

Midnight Snack
Approx. 2 T of homemade almond butter.

Today's Liquid
    24 oz. of black coffee and 128+ oz. of water.
