Not that I ate anything off-plan. But how did I eat? Two meals. One big meal at 4pm. The other big meal at midnight.
There should always be at least 8 hours elapsed between your last meal before sleeping and waking up the next morning. When you wake up at 6am in the morning, you should have finished your dinner before 10pm the night before. Ideally, before 8pm. When you finish dinner at 12:30am, then don't get to sleep until after 1am (and that's eating too close to bedtime), waking up 5 hours later...
You're screwed.
So I don't expect to lose any weight tomorrow, despite the fact that I probably had a very low-calorie day.
