A bit of the way back... By tomorrow, I do expect to be down in the 202 range. This is a "reverse feed" day, where I have a big breakfast, normal lunch, and light dinner, reversing my usual plan...


Daily Comment
The missing component is exercise - I don't do it enough, and I don't do it regularly at all. It's probably time to start, but there are some obstacles to overcome. I will try and clear the decks for exercise this weekend.

Food Log


Breakfast
Dal Tadka (lentil curry) with spinach and scrambled eggs. A side of bacon.
Lunch

Roast turkey on a salad of Spring Mix greens, black beans, red cabbage, with balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.



Snack

Baby carrots and celery with spicy mayonnaise.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  24 oz,   Water: 96+ oz.

Well, 8 days on weight watcher's and I think I gained a pound. Just have to keep going. Love you, you are doing great!!!
