Same as yesterday. Today is a total Slow-Carb Diet day - three meals, all with protein, beans and vegetables. It has been a long time - more than 6 months, I think, since I have done that.


Daily Comment
I was so disappointed when, after I had arranged a great slot, and told people about it, my band didn't show up at the open mic to perform. So many people told me they were disappointed. I also lost my favorable spot and ended up performing late, so I will, again, not see a good night's sleep. I will have to see what I can learn from this mismatch of priorities between myself and my band. I have never said I would play somewhere and then not shown up. Ever.

Food Log


Breakfast
Spinach, black beans and eggs.
Lunch

Chicken-spinach-feta cheese sausage with whole-seed Dijon mustard and a salad of Spring Mix greens, black beans and red cabbage with balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Grilled chicken with Dal Tadka (lentil curry) and spinach. Not shown (but eaten): baby carrots.
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  22 oz,   Water: 156+ oz.

That sucks. I don't know what else to say about it.
I have stayed withing the program but last night and today I feel insatiable. Just hungry even though I am eating, what feels like tons of food- fruit and veggies, all on plan stuff. Maybe my body is just reacting to less calories or it is emotional- don't really know but I'm going to try to not let my body push me around. Love you
