January 12, 2012: Post 12, Day 12 - Fast Day

Today's Weight:        202.2 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    203.2 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 1.0 lbs
Daily weight from January 1, 2012.
Today was my off-schedule 24-hour fast. Tuesday's big one-day gain has changed the direction of my trend, but this is no concern to me - I'm actually within a 5 pound range, from 198.5 to 203.5, and, overall, my average weight, and my weight on measurement days, has been very satisfactory. I think overall, my two-per-week fast days are improving my health and keeping my weight within that range, and, overall, I think the long-term trend will be flat-to-lower.

Appetizer: Roast turkey breast, carrots and homemade mayonnaise. Chicken sausage with spinach and feta cheese with whole grain Dijon mustard and Rajma Masala (red bean curry) on broccoli.

    Coffee:   22 oz,   Water: 144+ oz.
