Not much to say about the charts, or my weight or my diet. It is a regular eating day, and tomorrow will be, as well.  

Daily Comment
With reports today that violence has seeped out of the border states and South and into the interior, I am (for now - there are still 3 years to change my thinking on this) moving Mexico out of contention as a retirement destination. This leaves my list as follows (In approximate order): Chiang Mai (Thailand), Penang (Malaysia), Cuenca (Ecuador), Medellin (Colombia) and Punta del Este (Uruguay).

The list may change over the next 3 years (the list WILL change over the next 3 years),  but between now and then, I really don't foresee being able to check these sites out in person. That will be the second order of business on retirement. The first order of business will be a cross-country trip to see my friends and relatives, ending up in LA with my son. LA will be my point of departure for the round-the-world tour to check out possible retirement locations, spending 1-2 months in each.


Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake (vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Smoked turkey breast, red kidney beans, red cabbage, Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Appetizer: Celery and homemade mayonnaise. Main: Grilled chicken and Shahi Masala (red bean curry).
Snack
Spring Mix greens with red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   40 oz,   Water: 124+ oz.
