My weight is up a tiny bit today, down a tiny bit since last week. I still can't find it in me to care. If there's anything to say at all about my diet today, it is that it has been more than a year since I had so little water to drink. Also, cheat day was just outrageous today. The theme could be, "The healthiest unhealthy food you could eat." Lots of chocolate and peanut-y flavor.

Daily Commentary
I'm just lazy. This bodes well for retirement, if I can cultivate that over the next 3 years.



Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped due to not getting out of bed.


Lunch
At Mama Nancy's, half a Big Anthony Fritatta (broccoli, sausage, onions, peppers, pepperoni, eggs) with rye toast. Not shown: Grapefruit juice.
Snack
I snacked around at Wegman's, because they were having an organic food promotion. I bought some chocolate peanut butter cookies and a pint of chocolate-peanut-butter-fudge ice cream and ate all of it for my second meal.


Dinner
Dark chocolate-covered acai berries and blueberries.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  24 oz,   Water:  24+ oz.
