Diet Comment:
I expected some weight gain and I'm not disappointed. I figured today's fasting should yield a nice loss tomorrow, but broke the fast a little early, and ate a little off-plan (cheese as an entree). It may be another day of gain tomorrow. So it goes.

Daily Comment:
Nothing much to say, today. So, best to say nothing.
