Diet Commentary
This is the first measurement day of the second quarter of 2012. Due to rearranin


This was an odd week, beginning with an illness that caused some extreme weight loss, and then having an equally uncharacteristic weight gain as I recovered. Ultimately, I entered the measurement day a little heavier than last week's. 


Tomorrow will be a fasting day. The second one in the last three, but it will put me back on schedule.

Daily Commentary
Tonight's gig was odd. We shared the stage with a heavy metal band with a costumed act (cross-dressing hillbillies). Our set was not good, due to everyone having a problem hearing the other musicians, the lead singer being sick, the stage arrangement not what we were used to. Yet, we were pretty well received.

Go figure.



Food Log
Breakfast
Miniature cinnamon rolls; Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grains cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin; black coffee. 


Lunch
Sauteed spinach, peppers and onions and Swiss cheese omelet. Not shown: More mini-cinnamon rolls. 

Dinner
At Barbieri's II restaurant (photo didn't come out): Tossed salad with blue cheese dressing, Italian bread and butter, pasta with peppers, mushrooms and sausage.



Snack
A dark chocolate and almond toffee bar.



Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  30 oz, Water:  136+ oz.
