Dal Fry (lentil curry) with eggs, spinach. Not Shown: Hard-boiled eggs and guacamole, and Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-erythritol blend.

    Coffee:  24 oz,  Water: 90+ oz.

I am starting the south beach diet today. It is basically the diet you have been on all along. Hi protein, no carbs but beans. Only heathy fats. I was thinking of doing that PAGG thing too but forgot when you take them. Can you tell me again. Love you.
