I don't know what to say about this. From the diet and (lack of) exercise point of view, every day this week has been about the same. 100% on plan. But I have alternately lost weight and gained weight every day this week. It makes analysis (and correction) very difficult and kind of futile when you do the same thing and get different results. Einstein would call expecting that to be the definition of insanity.
Today's gain pretty much rules out meeting my goal for the week. Overall, I've lost weight since my Free Day last Saturday, but I weigh more today than I did last Friday. I still did the same thing today that I've done every other day this week. Of course, now I have no idea what result I'll see for tomorrow's measurement/free day.

Daily Weight vs Goal 
The trendline still looks good, but the daily plot looks like I'm only compliant every other day, which is not the case.

Today's Food

Breakfast
Before: a protein shake (24g protein). Food: Spinach, black beans and salsa on top of 2 fired egg whites plus a whole egg.

Lunch
Smoked turkey off the bone, black beans and vinaigrette over, Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
Wild-caught salmon burger over french green beans mixed with red lentil curry. Eaten but not shown: 1 hard-boiled egg.

Midnight Snack
    A protein shake (24g of protein) with 1T of almond butter.


Today's Liquid
    40 oz. of black coffee and 170+ oz. of water.

I think this is very hard but you just have to keep on going. You have lost a lot of weight in a short time and your body is probably balancing things out. I am still concerned about the hyperhydration- might be another reason for the fluctuation- water weight in body might be varying dramatically. Love you
