Today's Food
Breakfast
20g protein drink (not shown) and red lentil and spinach fritatta (1 whole egg, 2 egg whites) with chipotle salsa. 


Lunch
Organic smoked turkey, with black beans and balsamic vinaigrette dressing on Spring Mix greens.

Snack
1 hard-boiled egg, approx 3/4 C cottage cheese.

Dinner
Broiled haddock with a dollop of homemade mayonnaise, green peas and black beans  with a  splash of Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Just thought I'd put up 2 pics I took today. One after lunch on my way into the dentists, and the other after dinner, on the deck at Woody's, while enjoying some live music with some friends...


Today's Liquid
    24 oz. of black coffee and 112+ oz. of water.
