Well, a multi-year low, I guess that's nothing to sneeze at, even if it is only a few ounces less than 2 weeks ago. Still, we'll take it. Gladly.

Free Day Food

Breakfast
Protein drink (24 g of protein) followed by spinach and black beans and eggs (1 whole, 2 whites) and 1/2 C of cottage cheese.

Lunch
    Preceding lunch, I had Simply Grapefruit juice.
NY Gianni's Bronx Style Pizza.

Dinner     
    Dinner was complicated, because I had developed a craving for some things that weren't really dinner food. This is what I wanted: Breakfast food and guacamole. So I divided dinner in 1/3s: Guacamole and chips (made of garbanzo beans, sesame flour, sesame oil) was the first third. Then came Ezekiel sprouted grain cereal with flax, a huge bowl of it, with vanilla-flavored, unsweetened almond milk. Finally, the last third was chocolate chip cookies (a lot) washed down with more of the almond milk

Today's Liquid
     20 oz black coffee and 80+ oz of water.
