This is easily the least weight I've ever gained after a free day. Woo-hoo! I ate a lot yesterday, too, including the better part of a box of chocolate chip cookies.With any luck, this could be the week I break 200...

Today's Food
Breakfast
1/2 C cottage cheese with a spinach-lentil frittata made with 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites, coconut oil and topped with salsa.


Lunch
    No lunch today, breakfast was late.

Dinner
Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinaigrette, chili (grass-fed beef, black beans, red kidney beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, spice) over cauliflower with a few tablespoons of cottage cheese.

Today's Liquid
    24 oz. of black coffee and 120+ oz. of water.
