Since this is the start of the new quarter, there isn't much of a chart to show so I substituted my year-to-date weight chart.The amount of sugar consumption yesterday, in the form of a chocolate-chip strudel-topped cake, plus relatively low water intake, plus fitful sleeping all combined to give me a strong up-tick in daily weight.
No big deal.
But it also had the effect of dampening my appetite for the day, to the degree that I had no hunger until nearly dinnertime, thus creating an effortless mini-fast.
Also, this week began with no PAGG. You are supposed to cycle off every 8 weeks, and I am a week late taking these supplements out of rotation. So, until next Saturday, no PAGG.
Daily Commentary
Yesterday's sugar-binge had some interesting side effects. I stayed awake very late last night, then dozed off-and-on through the night before finally falling soundly asleep. I ended up finally waking up for the day in the afternoon. I was not hungry.But also, I had no energy. It was all I could do to make it to Sunday's open mic. Of course, once there, I had a great time. Somebody stole my stainless steel water bottle though. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, or how that fits in, but it happened, and is the only event that makes the day remarkable.

Baby carrots and home-made spicy mayonnaise. Then spinach and eggs with salsa and bacon.
