Today's Weight:        201.6 lbs 
Yesterday's Weight:    203.0 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         - 1.4 lbs
Daily weight from October 1, 2011.
Daily weight from January 1, 2011.

Yesterday's completely normal, even high-calorie, on-plan eating resulted in an unsurprising return to average weight. This validates my plan!


Daily Comment
I'm rushing around getting ready for my trip to LA on Friday. Clothes to wash, arranging my mail to be held, lists to make, partial packing. And through it all, I am playing and playing every night leading up to the flight. Good for me.

Food Log


Breakfast
Chocolate egg cream protein shake: Vanilla whey protein powder (w/36g of whey protein) plus cocoa, an egg, almond milk, an extra 5g of BCAAs, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch

Smoked turkey breast and a salad of Spring Mix greens, pinto beans and red cabbage with balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Wild-caught salmon burgers with homemade spicy mayonnaise and Dal Fry (lentil curry) with spinach.
Snack
Baby carrots, celery and home-made spicy mayonnaise.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  33 oz,   Water: 112+ oz.
