Yesterday's completely normal, even high-calorie, on-plan eating resulted in an unsurprising return to average weight. This validates my plan!

I'm rushing around getting ready for my trip to LA on Friday. Clothes to wash, arranging my mail to be held, lists to make, partial packing. And through it all, I am playing and playing every night leading up to the flight. Good for me.Food Log
