Diet Commentary
An expected bump in weight (given yesterday's eating) will doubtless be followed with another equal one because cheat day was an outrageous excess! Success. Tomorrow's fast will be an all-day affair.

Daily Commentary
Big travel day today, down to the City to meet up with an old friend among other old friends. For certain, the eating is going to be constant, all day long. No photos, all fun.

It was a great get-together.



Food Log
Breakfast
A whole red grapefruit before I left home. Sausage, egg and cheese on a muffin. Nutter butters. Oreos. Dark chocolate. 'Antioxident Mix' with almonds, dark chocolate, raisins, dried cranberries.


Lunch
Two slices of pizza. More 'Antioxident Mix.'

Snack
'Antioxident Mix.'

Dinner
Pumpkin seafood soup. Tossed salad with ginger dressing. Crispy duck breast with vegetables. Chocolate layer cake. Napoleon.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  36 oz, Water:  96+ oz.
