Diet Commentary
Feeling in control of this whole weight-diet thing. Today will be a 'normal' cheat day: Breakfast for lunch, then continuous eating...

Daily Commentary
Two nights in a row of good gigs for 'i am Fool'. Slowly building. Very slowly. But it is so important to me to play with these guys. Tomorrow night, I am the house bass player at Rooter's Blues Jam (1 more Sunday after that). Also good. The drummer is a friend who I almost never get to play with, so that is tres' cool.

Breakfast
Skipped.


Lunch
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with almond milk, blueberries, and stevia-inulin. Whole grain bagel  with butter and Parmesan-Romano shavings, and a Star Ruby grapefruit (both halves eaten). Black coffee.
Snack
Cookies. Lots of cookies, different types.

Dinner
Raisins and nuts.


2am Snack
At Denny's (yes, I know, I said never again, but they're the only game in town at 2am): Santa Fe Skillet: Chorizo sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, potatoes, cheese and eggs.
Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  48 oz, Water:  116+ oz.
