Diet Comment:
No real weight change. This is good news, as it's a good weight for me.

No breakfast today, due to my weekly lunch with Al. This time, at Ruby Tuesday's, because, unfortunately, the Star North Buffet has closed down. 

Eating lunch out can be problematic for me. 

I am limited to where I can eat, since I only eat protein and vegetables (and sometimes beans) at lunch. There are too many places where the protein is not available without starch and/or sugar (sandwiches) or the choice of vegetables is limited. 

Ruby Tuesday's has a decent salad bar and they have a delicious burger on the menu. Buffets like Star North or the New Ling-Ling's, which not only have a fair selection but a grill where you can make your own protein and vegetable dish and get it fresh-cooked are excellent for my style of eating these days.

Of course, one of the main things that helped me lose weight, and has helped me keep it off, is eating almost all my meals at home.

Daily Comment:
Don't have much today... I did get to jam at the Dinosaur. After an 3-month absence, the jam is now only once a month. Tonight wasn't one of the better jams. But I did back a very, very pretty singer who sang very, very badly.

Lunch
At Ruby Tuesday's:
From the salad bar: Spinach, Spring Mix greens, mushrooms, peppers, ham, peas, broccoli, Blue Cheese dressing. 
Sirloin burger, salsa, spaghetti squash. 

Snack
Celery and home-made mayonnaise.


Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, peas, tomatoes, red beans, mushrooms and spices) and broccoli.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   22 oz,   Water: 90+ oz

Just curious: When you say, "That looks good." what 'that' are you referring to? The food, the results, the commentary? You don't really have to answer; I was just giving you my initial, post-thanks-for-the-comment! thoughts.

Let me know if there's anything you would like me to write about. I'm slowly de-emphasizing the diet part (that began this year).
