Diet Comment:
My weight is the same as yesterday's, and down quite a bit from last week. And that's all I have to say about that.

When I said, last week, that the % body fat measurement was meaningless, it came out wrong.  % body fat is actually the most meaningful measurement. It is just that I have no accurate way of measuring it. So my measurements, not  % body fat, are what is meaningless.

Daily Comment:
It's the health care, stupid

And I mean the stupid health care system we have in this country. It is the shame of the industrialized world, a country that has commoditized health care to the point where we would rather see sick people die than risk profit for the caregivers. That better health care is available and affordable in ALL the countries I am considering expatriating to should explain a lot.

The cost of health care is also one of the primary reasons for my looking overseas in the first place.

Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Second Nature (R) Wholesome Medley (dark chocolate chunks, roasted and salted peanutss, almonds and cashews, tart red cherries and dried cranberries); coffee omelet with onions and peppers and swiss cheese; Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Golden Flax cereal with wild blueberries and stevia-inulin blend.

Snack
I played at a benefit, and had some food there: A barbecue sandwich (I assume it was pork, some baked beans and a chef's salad, which was mostly iceberg lettuce, with a little salami and cheese. But, you know, a benefit. I also had a bag of dark chocolate peanut M&Ms I was snacking out of.

Dinner
I had dinner at a local Indian restaurant which serves a buffet. I wanted to take photographs but the flash photos looked just awful (as they always do with my camera phone - if the food really looked like that, I wouldn't have eaten it), and there wasn't enough light otherwise. So, no photos.

I had a variety of dishes at the Sahota Palace: lamb, chicken, chick pea and spinach curries, various kinds of rice and bread.

Then, at one of the local ice cream vendors that open in season, I had a delicious hot fudge Sunday. And I finished the bag of M&Ms (see  'Snack').

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:   40 oz,   Water:92+ oz
