Daily Comment
I am slowly coming around to a decision to delete the diet section of the blog.
The current idea is to keep it through until the end of the year, then continue with the daily commentary only.
Or not.
As I write this, that's the way I'm leaning, but an hour ago, that wasn't the case.
And it is a change-able decision.
Here's my thinking: Down the line (a little over three years from now), my blog will concern itself with my retirement adventure. Words and, where appropriate, and if I feel like it, pictures.
It will not contain anything related to weight because I will not be travelling with a scale, and can't imagine buying one in every destination I see over the next year plus of hitting my top five retirement destinations. It will only contain the most interesting things about food, and then, only in the context of travel, not diet.
After two years, I am a little bored by the diet and food writing - and I'm pretty much only repeating myself because my diet is, overall, repititious. I don't feel like I'm saying anything new there.
So, it's a matter of sooner or later, not of "if" I'm going to stop my diet writing.
We will, of course, have to see how that works out. So many things can happen between now and the end of the year, and, of course, exponentially more things in the 38 months until retirement.
And so on..

Well, I for one, still like the food part but I can understand if you are bored with it. Keeping in mind that recording food has been shown to help maintain loss. Sorry, again about the car. Planning keeps anxiety at bay even if things don't turn out as planned. Love you
