Day 30

GOALS
  • Goal date:  2/26/11
  • Weight goal: 217.8 pounds
  • Total Inches Goals: 124-1/4
Today I weighed in at 228.2. Progress. Here's the chart for this period:

Since day 1 is goal day (and a cheat day and, technically, part of the previous period) Day 2, measuring the weight gain  above goal and trending in the wrong direction. Now that the curve has peaked, I think the next few days will move the trend in a winning direction.
Today's food:
Breakfast
Lentils, baby spinach and eggs sauteed in coconut oil.
 Lunch
Sliced rotisserie chicken, black beans, and lentils over baby romaine lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette.
  
Dinner
Beef and bean chili (made with tomatoes and chili spices) and steamed  broccoli.
