Breakfast  
Spinach and 3 whole eggs with Dal Tadka (red lentil curry).

Lunch
Smoked ham, dal (split red lentils) and vinaigrette over Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
Chili (grass-fed beef, black beans, mushrooms, cabbage, tomatoes, spices) over mixed vegetables. Eaten but not pictured: a hard-boiled egg.
