Net Loss/Gain:         - 1.6 lbs
This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet. July 9 was the 1st day of Phase 1, and July 23 the start of Phase 2 of The 6 week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle.
This is Day 68 post-Slow-Carb, and the last day of the two-week Phase 2 of The 6-week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle.

The last day of Phase 2 gets me back down below 200, a good thing, and gives me some hope of not gaining too much weight for this phase, which was supposed to be about weight loss.

Tomorrow, it is back for a week on Phase 1, then on to CYWT ('Cheat Your Way Thin').

Interestingly CYWT has an interesting feature in respect to my recent diet experience: It seeks to continually 'change up' calorie and macronutrient intake to avoid adaptation and keep leptin high. It rotates between low-carb and medium-carb days (then adds a day of anything-goes). The low-carb days look an awful lot like phase 2, but more portion-controlled, and with less emphasis on eating fats. The medium-carb days look more like Natural Hormonal Enhancement.

Food Log

Breakfast
Bacon and eggs with spinach.


Lunch
Roast turkey on Spring Mix greens and Baby Spinach with balsamic vinaigrette.


Dinner
Chicken, onions and peppers sausage with Spring Mix greens and Baby Spinach with balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
Scrambled Eggs.


Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  24 oz,   Water: 128+ oz.
