Yesterday's Weight:    197.8 lbs
Net Loss/Gain:         + 0.8 lbs
This is my daily weight chart since ending the Slow-Carb diet. 
This is Day 71 post-Slow-Carb, and day 3 of one week of Phase 1 from The 6-week Cure for the Middle-Aged Middle.

I don't have anything to say today. No further thoughts. I'm sorry.

Food Log


Breakfast
Protein shake (56g whey protein, 1 whole egg, 1/4C Coconut milk).


Lunch
Protein shake (56g whey protein, 1 whole egg, 1/4C Coconut milk).


Snack
Uncured ham, Spring Mix greens, Baby Spinach, and Red Cabbage, with balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Protein shake (56g whey protein, 1 whole egg, 1/4C Coconut milk).

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  0 oz,   Water: 112+ oz.

Didn't this happen at the beginning of the protein shakes last time? Frustrating. Still love you.

I think you're referring to the slight weight gain - but, when I said I had no thoughts, no comment, I wasn't even thinking about that. Nor was I frustrated. I'm back dow today, and I don't have a clue what's going on with my weight.

All I meant was what I said. I really couldn't think of anything interesting to write about. Far from being frustrated, I just sort of shrugged, and figured, if I didn't have anything to say, that's what I'd say.
