Today is the 104th day since 5/30/2011, when I ended the Slow-Carb Diet. Currently, I'm not really following any diet plan, but tomorrow, I'm going back to the SCD.
So, starting this next chapter, Slow-Carb Diet redux, where I left off last week, and about 8 pounds lighter than I was about 3 months ago when I finished the last SCD period. I am also about 8 pounds later than I was 6 months ago when SCD staled out on me.

What a ride!

As I mention above, tomorrow I go back to SCD, and I'm looking forward to it. I enjoyed the simple eating plan, and will maintain a relaxed, yet vigilant, attitude going forward.

Food Log
Breakfast
Late breakfast: Coffee with:  A whole-grain bagel with flax seeds and toasted mozzarella cheese with a little sprinkle of cayenne, accompanied by peppers, onions and eggs. Followed by chocolate chip cookies (which I ate a box of throughout the day).

Lunch
Eaten close to dinner time, this is whole wheat penne with peas and a tomato sauce with sausage, peppers and wine. Not shown: chocolate chip cookies.

Dinner
Not pictured (but eaten): Another serving of whole wheat penne with the same sauce (no peas this time). Eaten very late.

Liquid Intake
    Coffee:  40 oz,   Water:80+ oz.

Well, thanks, but this is the cheat day before I start back on Slow Carb. And, as you'll see from my post on yesterday's eating, the first day wasn't really an example of how I'll be eating going forward...

Love you, too!
