Two not-so-good days, and I am a pound up week-over-week. Today's meals began in the early afternoon and ended at midnight.
Daily Commentary
Beginning the Winter here, I am looking forward to the biggest challenge of the year: On Friday, I am going to LA, and will be unable to follow the diet I have been on. I am looking at my alternatives... Which probably include as much time walking as I can fit in.

Multi-grain bagels with flax seed and grilled swiss cheese with Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with stevia, blueberries, almond milk and cinnamon, and an 'Apple Goodie' (basically, a Dutch apple pie without the pie crust [ingredients: apples, flour, sugar, oats, cinnamon] that I got from an Amish farm stand). |
Lunch

Whole wheat farfalle with peas and Wegman's Grandma Sauce (peppers, onions, basil and wine tomato sauce) and a salad with Spring Mix greens, red cabbage and a tomato. |
Dinner
A bowl of Ezekiel Golden Flax Sprouted Grains cereal with almond milk and stevia. For dessert, a miniature pumpkin pie from the same Amish farm stand.
Liquid Intake Coffee: 28 oz, Water: 104+ oz.
